However, when it comes to caring for handmade pottery, it's important to handle it with care to ensure its longevity. Hand wash where possible, and use gentle cleaning methods.

While we take every precaution to package your items securely, we acknowledge that mishaps can occur during the shipping process. If, by chance, your items arrive damaged or broken, please promptly send an email to orders@aluminaceramics.com.au. Please ensure to include clear pictures displaying the damages and the condition of the packaging it was shipped in.

Upon receiving a confirmation email from us, you will be provided with a return shipping label, and your item will be recreated and replaced.

Due to the unique nature of each handmade and limited edition piece, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
